Quality and risk management forms part of ENTERO in the sense that these aspects are not separate activities, but can rather be defined as the primary activities to plan, execute and manage projects.

We continuously strive to improve and ensure that all work is executed under strict quality requirements. Therefore, management has incorporated ISO 9001 standards and guidelines into ENTERO’s quality management system, and are continuously engaged in the ISO 9001 process, to ensure accreditation.

Quality and risk management:

Quality management focuses on the capability and the capacity of the department, as such, along with the planning, execution, and management of construction projects. Quality management objectives will be pursued by explicitly structuring many processes based on standard procedures and preeminent criteria.

Risk management focusses on the demands that risks impose on the performance of construction projects and the sustainability of the department as such. Objectives for risk management will be pursued by explicitly identifying the risks that are involved, evaluating its occurrence and mitigating the impact through structured procedures and accepted norms.

This includes ensuring the sustainability of the company’s employees and establishing an environment of construction projects that add to the growth and financial stability of ENTERO over the long-term.
